Who are we?

At N9 Energy Surveys we have over 14 years experience working within the built enviroment.

 Initially based in Plymouth, Devon upon start up we expanded operations across South West England and then beyond enabling us to provide a full suite of building compliance and energy assessment services across the UK.

 As a completely independent consultancy, we aren't tied to specific manufacturers or pre-packaged procedures. This allows us to deliver unbiased, bespoke solutions tailored to the unique requirements of your property and the latest legislation.

From technical TM44 air conditioning inspections and SAP assessments for new builds to Retrofit coordination and Legionella risk management, our mission is to simplify compliance. We work closely with clients of all sizes to reduce operating costs, lower carbon emissions, and ensure every environment is safe and efficient.
